We’re proud to announce that our 440 Elm renovation project has been recognized with an Adaptive Reuse Award from the 2024 Long Beach Heritage Preservation Awards.
Originally built in 1913 and designed by renowned Architect Elmer Grey in the Classical Revival Style, this former church has been thoughtfully transformed into a modern event space in Downtown Long Beach, all while preserving its rich historical features. Working alongside our client, a luxury catering company, we successfully blended heritage with a fresh, functional design.

This project exemplifies the balance between honoring history and embracing modern design, and we’re proud to contribute to the future of architecture while honoring its storied past.
